    Awww this is such a lovely post! I’ve been following your bookstagram for ages (LOVE) but only just realised you have a blog! How awesome that the first post I read is about self-love. Because selfies = awesome. And self-timer photos on Instagram = awesome (so fun to take). Lovely post <3

    Alexandra this was such a great post! As i am a single pringle myself, all i wanted was to eat a bowl of ice-cream -not because i was a single pringle but it was what i wanted to do- anyways i ended up just sleeping in for a while. It was great. And selfies, yes i love taking selfies. I usually take about 50 then delete like almost all of them until i find the right one. Even then i almost never post selfies. I’ll definitely be sharing this post! 😀

    I find that songs really help me, they might not make me happy but I think they calm down my nerves, or make me feel less sad xD One thing that I think really helps is writing down positive things, and writing down the negative things and throwing them out. I think that it helps your mind make the connection to mentally throw away the bad and keep the good 🙂 at least, that’s my thought. By the way, I LOVE your blog layout! ^^
