    Working out is my goal this year. So far, I’ve been doing great. I wake up at 4am every day to get my workout in before my son wakes up. Routines have become pretty ingrained in my life – it’s hard for them not to with a 16 month old. I think breaks are important and that’s probably an area I really need to work on! Good luck on all your goals!

    I love reading and watching your content! ready this while getting my notion together helps motivate me, especially since i have boot camp training coming up i get motivated to work out and plan out my last two weeks before the main event LOL thanks for doing what you do!!
