so i’m kinda cheating, because i’ve already finished this book. there’s going to be a review coming out later this week! there are so many beautiful sentences in this novel, i just had to share a teaser, even if it means bending some of the rules of this meme. without further ado, here’s my teaser:
“i understand how difficult it is, putting your heart in someone else’s hands. but, if you don’t, how will you ever truly know a person?”
is it beautiful, or is it beautiful?!

This book seems so interesting omg. I’m reading Clockwork Princess and trying to survive finals 😛
Oh, this sounds FASCINATING, Alexandra! I definitely don’t read enough Middle Eastern-based novels, but this sounds gorgeous. (Looks pretty gorgeous too!). Right now, I’m reading Rook by Sharon Cameron, but so far I’m not loving it… I may take a break and pick up Shiver instead.
