this is an original feature inspired by it was lovely reading you! my version is slightly different because i’ll be sharing non-bookish stuff as well as bookish stuff. this is different from my book hauls because these generally showcase less items. anyway.. enjoy!
last week was filled with lots of releases of books i wish i had in my hands, but i had some self control and sensibility. i haven’t been reading that much recently and my tbr pile is HUGE. so let’s be real: if i did end up buying the books, i probably wouldn’t have read it until the end of summer. ANYWAY, i bought other stuff and it arrived last week! i decided to take a few pictures because they are beautiful.
frends
frends had a one-day sale on monday, which i was eagerly waiting for, so i bought my headphones the moment i found out about it. i’ve wanted these headphones since april 2nd, but i found out i missed their april fools sale and i was so mad at myself. so i anxiously patiently waited for their next sale because i was that close last time. they announced their sale and the rest is history. i got free shipping because i live in the us (yay~) and i expected it to arrive sometime next week, or later. but to my delight (and surprise), it came on thursday!! ~happy dance~
i purchased the tahitian pearl & gold taylor bundle. pictured below is the box and headphones with the tahitian pearl caps installed.
rainbow keyboard
i also purchased a rainbow keyboard case sometime last week. i saw it on instagram (forgot who posted it, sorry!) and i was like, “I WANT ONE.” also i saw it on the day i decided to reorganize my bookshelf. i’ve been feeling very colorful lately.
i preordered a few books that are coming out later this month, and i’m excited for them to arrive. specifically: the fangirl’s guide to the galaxy, by sam maggs; p.s. i still love you, by jenny han; and the wrath and the dawn, by renee ahdieh. this month is looking fabulous so far 🙂

i love the frends headphones so much although i would not be able to get them because look at them! they look so fragile i’d probably break them in a day like not joking i take horrible care of all my stuff so i spend a lot of money on replacing everything. also your rainbow keyboard is gorgeous. if only i had a mac…

i love those headphones but tbh, i see them as more of a style thing than function because i’m into huge, over ears and i’m the most careless person in the world. plus, i looked up the pricing and just about fainted. you know how many books you could buy with like 400 dollars??
